Seniors David N’Guessan and Coleman Hawkins were both named to All-Big 12 teams, the conference office announced on Sunday.

Hawkins, who found himself on the All-Big 12 Third Team,  became the first Wildcat named to one of the three All-Big 12 teams since Marquis Nowell and Keyontae Johnson were both members of the first team in 2023. N’Guessan was an honorable mention.

The two seniors have been leaders for the team all year long. Hawkins, who was a Big Ten honorable mention in the 2023-24 season, is the only Division I player in the country to average at least 10 points, 6.5 rebounds, 4.5 assists, 1.5 steals and 1.0 blocks per game. He leads the team in both steals and blocks.

N’Guessan led the Big 12 in shooting percentage at 63.8 percent on the season. He has the most games in double figures on the team with 25, including five games with 20+.  His six double-doubles (five in Big 12 play) also lead the team.
