    K-State announces surplus office furniture giveaway for the Manhattan community

    K-State will host a surplus office furniture giveaway for local nonprofit organizations and community members. The items available were previously used on the Manhattan campus but are no longer needed. All items will be offered “as is,” with no repairs or improvements.

    Nonprofit organizations can view and select items on April 24 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Community members can view and select items on April 28-29 from 5 to 7 p.m. The giveaway will be at the Unger Complex, 2323 Anderson Ave. Attendees can enter through the main entrance on Anderson Avenue, where you will be guided to the viewing area. Parking will be free for the duration of the viewing times.

    Any items chosen must be picked up at the time of selection.
