Kansas State cornerback Jacob Parrish looks to stop Arizona State running back Cam Skattebo during their Big 12 Conference game Nov. 16 at Bill Snyder Family Stadium. Parrish was drafted in the third round of the NFL Draft by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Friday.

Kansas State football got its first player picked in the 2025 NFL Draft Friday evening as junior cornerback Jacob Parrish heard his name called in the third round by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

K-State has now had five players selected in the top three rounds over the last three years, its most in a three-year stretch since 2001-03.

Parrish, who was chosen with the 84th overall pick, came to Manhattan as a late addition to the 2022 class out of Olathe North High School.
