With a flair for the dramatic, the Frankfort boys basketball won their 14th straight game to bring home the 1A Division II state title thanks to a 62-53 double overtime victory against Otis-Bison on Saturday night in Hays.  The Wildcats trailed by four at halftime, but took a lead in the second half before the Cougars hit a three pointer to force OT.  Frankfort’s guards took over the in the second extra frame after senior post man Jacob Broxterman fouled out.  Wildcat coach Brian Ebert says Broxterman and fellow senior Jonathan Keating made the state title possible.  Broxterman had 21 points and 10 rebounds, while Keating posted 12 points and 12 rebounds.  Frankfort ends the year with a record of 22-5.
