KMAN News learned late Monday night of a possible hostage situation at Plaza West Apartments at the intersection of Kimball and Seth Child Road in Manhattan. There are unconfirmed reports of shots being fired however, Riley County Police tell KMAN News there is nothing to release at this time but there will be information at a later time.
