Jason A. Field, 25, 805 Allison Ave., Apartment No. 9, for domestic battery. Released on $500 bond.
Jordan Scott Henderson, 18, 320 Highland Point Dr., for unlawful possession of hallucinogens, possession of drug paraphernalia, and unlawful possession of illegal substances. Released on $2,000 bond.
Benson Joe Neal Jackson, 18, 514 Kearney St., for victim intimidation and domestic battery. Confined on $2,000 bond.
Nickolaus Wayne Anderson, 23, Abilene, Kan., for failure to appear. Released on $1,000 bond.
Nicholas Brandon Andreasen, 24, Fort Riley, Kan., for disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property. Confined on $500 bond.
Ryan Matthew Savener, 31, 1026 Bertrand St., Apartment C, for failure to appear. Released on $1,500 bond.
Jonathan Alexander Garcia, 25, 1915 Crescent Dr., for domestic battery and obstruction of the legal process. Confined on $1,000 bond.
Accidents
An Alma woman suffered only minor injuries after her car flipped several times following a collision on Tuesday.
Ashley Teneyck, 19, was attempting to pass Trevor Gadue, 21, while traveling east on Eureka Dr., just west of Roever Rd. As Teneyck was passing, Gadue began to change lanes himself when his 1997 Pontiac Trans-Am collided into the side of Teneyck’s 2005 Chevrolet Silverado pick-up truck.
Teneyck’s truck left the roadway, flipping five times before it landed in a ditch south of Eureka Dr. Teneyck, who was not wearing her seat-belt, was ejected from the vehicle.
Ambulances arrived at the scene shortly after 7:30 a.m. and transported to Teneyck to Mercy Regional Health Center. She was treated and released, reporting only minor injuries. Gadue was uninjured in the accident.
Both were cited for the accident: Teneyck for speeding, no proof of insurance, and not wearing a seat-belt; Gadue for an improper lane change and speeding.
Incidents
A Fort Riley soldier is behind bars following an altercation in Aggieville on Tuesday.
At approximately 8:30 p.m., Riley County police were dispatched to O’Malley’s Alley, located at 1208 Moro St., in response to a disturbance amongst a group of men. Police broke up the dispute shortly after arriving at the scene. Following an investigation, Nicholas Andreasen, 24, was arrested and cited for disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property.
The front door to the establishment had been kicked in during the scuffle, which resulted in a $1,200 loss.
As of Wednesday morning, Andreasen was still confined in Riley County jail on a $500 bond.

A domestic dispute in the central portion of Manhattan has one teenager behind bars.
Riley County police received word of the confrontation on Tuesday at approximately 5:38 p.m. Officers were then dispatched to 514 Kearney St. After an investigation, police arrested Benson Jackson, 18, on charges of victim intimidation and domestic battery.
As of Wednesday morning, Jackson was still confined in Riley County jail on $2,000 bond.

A number of businesses have come forward in recent weeks claiming to have been given worthless checks by the same party.
According to RCPD Lt. Josh Kyle, Fox Business Systems, Subs ‘n’ Such, The Patio Bar and Grille, and AT&T have all come forward to report losses, some totaling more than $1,000.
At this point, the earliest check that has been recovered was written on January 9.
Kyle could not comment as to whether the checks had been written by a business or an individual.
Police have a number of active leads and are investigating the case.

Riley County police are looking into an apartment burglary that has left a soldier and his wife out thousands of dollars.
Sometime between 11:30 a.m. and 1:15 p.m. on Tuesday, an unknown number of suspects entered the residence of Douglas, 21, and Tiare Steffany, 23, and made off with over $11,000 of miscellaneous items.
Taken was a MacBook laptop computer, Sony PlayStation2 game console, and plastic box containing thousands of dollars-worth of jewelry.
RCPD Lt. Josh Kyle said Wednesday that the suspects did not use force to gain entry into the Steffany’s home, located in the 500 block of Stone Dr.
No suspects are known at this time. Police are investigating the case.
