    11 Former Wildcats Make NFL Rosters

    K-State has 11 former players on NFL rosters after teams made trimmed their final rosters to 53 players this weekend.

    Two undrafted rookie free agents, Cornelius Lucas with the Lions and Ty Zimmerman (injured reserve) with the Saints, made it from last year’s Buffalo Wild Wings bowl championship team.

    Terence Newman, Darren Sproles and Jeromey Clary are the longest tenured Wildcats in the NFL.

    Wildcats in the NFL:

    Arthur Brown – Baltimore Ravens – 2nd season

    Bryce Brown – Buffalo Bills – 3rd season

    Jeromey Clary – San Diego Chargers – 8th season

    Emmanuel Lamur – Cincinnati Bengals – 3rd season

    Cornelius Lucas – Detroit Lions – rookie

    Jordy Nelson – Green Bay Packers – 6th season

    Terence Newman – Cincinnati Bengals – 12th season

    Darren Sproles – Philadelphia Eagles – 10th season

    Justin Tuggle – Houston Texans – 2nd season

    Reggie Walker – San Diego Chargers – 6th season

    Ty Zimmerman – New Orleans Saints – rookie
