    Riley County Police arrested a Manhattan man on a warrant for motion to revoke probation.   Benito Hernandez III, 22, was taken into custody on the warrant,  with the original offense of possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute.
    Hernandez was arrested while at the Riley County Police Department Monday afternoon. His bond was set at $5,000.

    A Manhattan man has been arrested on a no bond warrant, involving a probation violation on an original charge of methamphetamine possession. David Huffman, 33, was taken into custody while at his home in the 100 block of Messenger Road.
     This arrest took place Saturday at approximately 4:30 PM.

    Three vehicles were damaged in the 700 block of Fort Riley Blvd. over the weekend. Riley County Police responded after being contacted by Affordable Transportation Monday at approximately 3:35 PM. Once on scene officers were made aware of a 2005 Dodge Caravan, a 1996 Oldsmobile Achieva, and a 2006 Chevy Colorado which had been damaged after an unknown subject(s) attempted to gain access to them.
    The total estimated loss is approximately $1,200. Police filed a report for attempted motor vehicle theft and criminal damage to property. The investigation is ongoing, however, those with information about this crime are encouraged to contact police or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers.
    By using the Crime Stoppers service tipsters can remain anonymous and become eligible for a cash reward of up to $1,000.

    The Riley County Police Department is investigating a report of criminal damage to property, which occurred Sunday afternoon. Officers were called to the 1900 block of Judson at approximately 6:15 PM and found that Heather Williams, 24, of Fort Riley was the victim of vandalism after her 2011 Subaru Legacy was damaged.
    The damage led to approximately $1,000 worth of needed repair after being scratched along the driver’s side. The crime was witnessed and officers are following up on this crime.
    No arrests had been made or citations issued at the time of this report.

    A criminal damage to property case involving more than $1,000 in damage has been filed with Riley County Police. RCPD indicated Tuesday morning, Hillman, 22, of Manhattan was listed as a victim in the 1100 block of Bluemont Avenue Friday, after his 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 was damaged and painted by an unknown subject(s). This damage was valued at approximately $1,000.
    Hannah Traxler, 21, also of Manhattan was listed as a victim in this investigation after her 2008 Ford Focus was painted in the same fashion by unknown subject(s) using a paint pen. Damage on the Ford Focus was estimated to be $50.
    Those with information about this crime are asked to contact the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Police suspect the damage occurred in the overnight hours this past Friday.

    Officers with the Riley County Police Department are investigating a report of aggravated sexual battery and criminal restraint occurring in the city limits of Manhattan. Police were made aware of a situation involving a 26-year-old female and a male in his 30s who is known to her.There were no injuries reported. Due to the nature of this investigation no further information has been released.
