Manhattan residents are encouraged to stop by the 2023 Garden Tour, slated for this weekend.
This year’s garden tour features five private gardens of homeowners in the Manhattan area as well as the Kansas State University gardens, according to Riley County Extension Horticulture Agent Gregg Eyestone.

There is no required admission charge to attend, but a suggested donation of $10 is encouraged, with proceeds supporting the various educational activities of the Riley County Extension Master Gardeners and the Kansas State University Gardens.

Eyestone says extension master gardeners will be available at the gardens to answer questions and give tips. The event runs Saturday from 8 a.m. until noon.
