    Oxavier Ruffin, 22, of Manhattan was arrested on June 8, 2023, around 11:15 a.m. on his two Riley County District Court for probation violation and interference with law enforcement and one Manhattan Municipal Court warrant for motion to revoke diversion for the offense of driving while suspended. The probation violation warrant stems from original charges of two counts each of domestic battery and violation of a protection order. Ruffin remains confined in the Riley County Jail with a total bond of $13,000.

    Officers filed a report for criminal damage to property in the 4600 block of Freeman Rd. on June 8, 2023, around 4:45 p.m. A 49-year-old man was listed as the victim when he reported his car’s windshield and back window were shot through with what appeared to be a single gunshot while unoccupied and parked at his residence. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $500. Anyone with information can contact Crime Stoppers.     Officers filed a report for burglary in the 1000 block of Yuma St. in Manhattan on June 8, 2023, around 5:00 p.m. A 63-year-old man was listed as the victim when he reported an unoccupied residence he owns was broken into damaged a window, door, and door frame. Nothing was reported missing from the inside. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $550. Anyone with information can contact Crime Stoppers.     Officers filed a report for criminal damage to property in the 300 block of N. Iowa St. in Riley on June 8, 2023, around 10:00 p.m. An 18-year-old male was listed as the victim when it was reported two teenage females “keyed” his truck causing approximately $750 worth of damage. Madison Truesdale, 16, of Riley, and Elysia Bowles, 17, of Randolph were arrested in connection for criminal damage to property. Both were processed through juvenile intake and released to guardians.
