Shots rang out at Ft. Hood, Texas late Wednesday afternoon, a stark reminder of a similar incident that occurred in 2009 that left 13 people dead.
Multiple reports indicate four people are dead including the alleged gunman who has been identified as 34-year old Ivan Lopez who reportedly was a soldier. Preliminary media reports in Texas say that the shooting may have been the result of a dispute between soldiers. The first shots were fired shortly before 4:30 p.m. Central time according to the reports.
14 other people were injured but there’s no other information available on their conditions or the severity of their injuries.
