Updated Wednesday:
Riley County police now say six juvenile male suspects have been identified in connection with sexual exploitation cases that involve 10 female victims. RCPD Public Information Officer Mat Droge indicates the incidents occurred between June of last year and May of this year.
Meanwhile Riley County USD 378 Superintendent Brad Starnes wanted to clarify that contrary to some media reports, the case is not connected to his schools. Starnes adds his district does work closely with law enforcement and the school resource officer.
But Starnes stresses there have not been formal charges to his knowledge. He adds if there is a felony charge, discipline policies in the district would be followed accordingly.

Riley County Police released information on Tuesday morning concerning an investigation into several suspected counts of sexual exploitation of a child in Northern Riley County.
Police say five juvenile male suspects are under investigation involving lewd photographs of juvenile females uploaded to an online website. As of now police say there are 10 female juvenile victims. According ot the reports the investigation is now focusing on the possible charges of sexual exploitation of a child, aggravated indecent solicitation of a child, and electronic solicitation promoting pornography of a minor.
Police say the investigation is still ongoing, and the basic facts of the case could change as more information comes to light.
