MANHATTAN, KAN. – 

Officers filed a report for theft in the 1600 block of Fairchild Ave. in Manhattan on November 16, 2021, around 10:38 a.m. Officers listed a 32-year-old male as the victim when it was reported an unknown suspect stole his black Specialist Hard Rock 2007 21-speed bicycle. Officers filed a report for aggravated robbery and theft in the 1101 block of Westloop Pl. in Manhattan on November 16, 2021, around 3:12 p.m. Officers listed Dillons and a 28-year-old male as the victims when it was reported 57-year-old female and 59-year-old male suspects under rung items at the self-checkout and left the store. The 28-year-old male victim, who was working security at the store, made contact with the male suspect who pulled out a handgun on him. The suspects then left in a 2002 black Ford Taurus. Officers filed a report for rape in Manhattan on November 16, 2021, around 3:19 p.m. Officers listed a 19-year-old female as the victim and a 22-year-old male known to her as the suspect. Due to the nature of this crime, no further information will be released.
