MANHATTAN, KAN. –
Officers filed a report for aggravated battery in Manhattan on February 10, 2021, at approximately 10:58 p.m. Officers listed a 31-year-old female as the victim when it was reported a 33-year-old male suspect injured her. Noe Rodriguez Aranda, 33, of Manhattan was arrested in connection on the offense of aggravated battery. Aranda was issued a total bond of $7,500.00 and is no longer confined at the time of this report.
