MANHATTAN, KAN. – 

Officers filed a report for theft in the 100 block of Bluemont Ave. in Manhattan on June 9, 2021, at approximately 12:14 p.m. Officers listed Walmart as the victim when it was reported an unknown female suspect stole miscellaneous items. Officers filed a report for aggravated battery and aggravated sexual battery in Manhattan on June 9, 2021, at approximately 12:56 p.m. Officers listed a 22-year-old female as the victim and a 21-year-old male known to her as the suspect. Due to the nature of this crime, no further information will be released.

Officers filed a report for criminal damage to property in the 500 block of Sunset Ave. in Manhattan on June 9, 2021, at approximately 7:28 p.m. Officers listed Alpha Delta Pi Sorority as the victim when it was reported a second-story window screen and window were damaged.
