Special day for Manhattan Regional Airport

Two years have swiftly passed since the Manhattan Regional Airport first began its partnership with American Eagle regional Jet Services, and the years have been beneficial to both parties. That’s according to Airport Director Peter Van Kuren, who says initially offering service to Dallas-Fort Worth, the service expanded to Chicago.

The deal to get the service going was complicated, involving the airport pledging to help pay costs in the case of monetary shortage on American Eagle’s side.

The airport will have refreshments throughout the day (today) for passengers, and a cake cutting at 11 am.
