    Riley County Police Arrest Man for Aggravated Battery

    A 30-year-old Manhattan man was arrested early Sunday morning by Riley County Police and charged with aggravated assault, criminal damage to property, battery and aggravated battery.

    According to RCPD, Jason Avery Benton of 740 Crestwood Drive, Apartment 2, was arrested at his home around 1:30 yesterday morning.

    Benton’s total bond was set at 7-thousand dollars.
