FORT LEAVENWORTH, Kan. (AP) Four graduates of the Army’s Command and General Staff College are being inducted into the International Officer Hall of Fame at Fort Leavenworth.
The graduates will be honored at a ceremony Thursday at the northeast Kansas post. The graduates come from Kenya, Ireland, Moldolva and the Philippines.
The Hall of Fame was established in 1973 by the Command and General Staff College, the Kansas City Chapter of the Military Order of the World Wars and the Command and General Staff College Foundation. The honor recognizes graduates of the military college who have attained the highest rank in their nation’s armed forces or a significant rank in a multinational military organization.
There are 241 international graduates already inducted in the hall.
