The Riley County police department has started conducting evaluations of their services to the county.
“The Riley County police department is calling to ask you how happy you were when you were with us when you filed a report, got a ticket, or had an officer to respond to a call,” Brad Schoen, director of the Riley County Police, said.
Additionally, Schoen said that a new system will be used in 2012 which will examine ‘benign’ calls; calls that didn’t result in a response.
