A Manhattan man was charged with two offenses, including assaulting three different police officers.
Around 2 P.M. Monday, Riley County Police were called to Waterway Place. Upon arrival, police made contact with Carlos Silva.
Silva, 42, was described as very aggitated, yelling and making verbal threats to do physical harm to the officers. The three officers who were threatened were Officer Timothy Tiemissen, Officer Juan Apodaca, and Officer Kevin Walters.
Silva was charged with assault and criminal threat. He could also face charges for disorderly conduct and domestic battery.
Total bond at the present time is $3,000.
