1) Between April 4th and April 5th a red, Yamaha Kodiak ATV, was taken from the 4000 block of Marlatt Avenue. The victim reported to Riley County Police Department that they saw a vehicle leaving their residence and the ATV was then reported missing. The ATV was recovered later in a field nearby the home. The original estimated loss was $4,000 dollars.
2)The Riley County Police Department reports that on Saturday around 8:30 p.m. Eugene Milton battered a victim with a pipe wrench due to an argument. The victim and Milton knew each other before the incident and no arrests were made. The victim was transported to Mercy Regional Health Center for head injuries.
3)Robert Dailey, 23, was soliciting magazines to customers inside the Town Center Mall Sunday. Mall security detained Dailey and called the Riley County Police Department. When Dailey was found without a permit he was arrested and cited with soliciting without a permit. Dailey is one out of a group of four people from Wichita who were selling magazines in the area from Midwest Circulation L.L.C. Dailey’s bond was set at $750 dollars.
4) A member of the Fraternity Alpha Gamma Rho reported to the Riley County Police Department that numerous TVs, computers, and laptops were missing from the house when he awoke April 8th. The number of victims and amount of damage is unknown at this time. The RCPD are awaiting the arrival of all the victims from vacation before they can place a cash amount on the items.
