After the original Legends Lake letter of credit that was brought to the commissioners in a recent meeting was dropped, a new letter of credit was brought forward on Monday’s meeting. Commissioners discussed a 40 acre property located on Appleyard Road that could present a problem, but after further discussion, they approved the letter.
A few different road construction projects were brought up during the meeting, including the Green Valley Road project. Commissioners viewed the map and discussed what needs to be done. Considering they could not come up with one easy solution to fix the road, the commissioners decided to visit the road before making any decisions.
A new MPO boundary map was also introduced. The map proposed the idea of straight lines to square off the boundaries. Commissioners decided to further discuss the borders of the MPO map at next week’s meeting.
