Riley County police are investigating a report of a missing Kansas State student who had been listed on the K-State football team roster up until recently.

Kristi Harvill reported her son,  Samuel Harvill, 20,  had not been seen since 1:30
Wednesday afternoon. Harvill made the report late Thursday morning, with the announcement reaching KMAN a few hours later.

As of 4:00 pm on Friday, there is still no word as to the whereabouts of Harvill.

The RCPD is currently attempting to contact Harvill to check his welfare. Medical issues are reportedly involved.
