Hogan Declines Invitations To Candidate Forums

    Hogan

Daniel Hogan, a candidate for Manhattan City Commission, will withdraw from four upcoming candidate forums due to a family matter. He will be spending time with his wife, and his newborn daughter who is currently in a neonatal intensive care unit in Topeka.

While Hogan is excited by his daughter’s arrival, he is disappointed that he will not be able to stand alongside the other candidates to address the issues facing Manhattan. He says “I am eager to discuss the important matters vital to the people and the future progress of Manhattan, and I look forward to continuing to reach out, while enjoying the excitement of the beginning of fatherhood”.

Hogan wishes to thank the gracious sponsors of the forums for extending the invitation to his campaign, and providing the opportunity for all of the candidates to be able to present their ideas to the public.

Hogan will continue to run an active and spirited campaign all the way through election day, and he will remain on the ballot.
