    Toxins found in Toledo, Ohio water supply

    The residents of Toledo, Ohio, have been told not to drink or use water after contamination affected the system. Officials say a recent test at a water-treatment plant found a spike in the level of microcystin, a toxin that comes from algae found naturally in lakes and ponds.
