A 57-year-old man convicted of aggravated indecent liberties and solicitation of a child nearly 20 years ago is up for public comment sessions and possible parole.
Chester Sexton was convicted of the two indecent liberties charges in connection with a 1995 case. Public comment sessions for Sexton and others will be December eighth at Kansas City’s City Hall, December 10th at the Derby Police and Courts Building, and December 12th at Topeka’s Municipal Court House. Letters may be sent to the Kansas Department of Corrections in Topeka.
Sexton’s parole hearing will be held in January, with the earliest release from incarceration in February of next year.
