Riley County Police Department arrested a Salina man on Tuesday.
Officers in the 500 block of Tuttle Creek Boulevard arrested Russell Disney, 56, on Tuesday. Disney was arrested on the offenses of aggravated assault and probation violation (X3) which were listed on warrants from Saline County. He was given a bond of $61,876.
