    Officers filed a report for criminal damage to property in the 1100 block of Moro St. in Manhattan on December 12, 2018, at approximately 10:50 AM. Officers listed Speed Wash Laundry as the victim when it was reported an unknown suspect damaged dryers located within the business. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $610.00. Police ask that anyone with information contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Using the Crime Stoppers service can allow you to remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward of up to $1,000.00.
    Officers filed a report for forgery and making false information in the 700 block of Poyntz Ave. in Manhattan on December 12, 2018, at approximately 3:20 PM. Officers listed Rosemary Talab, 70, of Wichita as the victim when she reported a known male suspect used her personal checks. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $1,465.00.
    Officers filed a report for theft in the 300 block of North 11th St. in Manhattan on December 12, 2018, at approximately 3:00 PM. Officers listed Autumn Gaul, 25, of Manhattan, Gabriel Gaul, and Amy Vandorn, 45, of Manhattan as the victims when it was reported a known female suspect took property from the victims. Thes estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $1,700.00.
    Zachary Tilton, 30, of Manhattan was arrested while in the 900 block of N 4th St. in Manhattan on December 13, 2018, at approximately 1:05 AM. Tilton was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for probation violation. Tilton was issued a total bond of $20,000.00 causing him to remain confined at the time of this report.
    Anthony Moss, 51, of Manhattan was arrested while in the 1600 block of Yuma St. in Manhattan on December 12, 2018, at approximately 10:10 PM. Moss was arrested on an offense of violating offender registration act. Moss was issued a total bond of $10,000.00 causing him to remain confined while at the time of this report.
    Derrick Smith, 19, of Manhattan was arrested while in the 100 block of Courthouse Pl. in Manhattan on December 12, 2018, at approximately 3:00 PM. Smith was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for aggravated kidnapping and attempted aggravated robbery (x2). Smith was issued a total bond of $75,000.00 causing him to remain confined at the time of this report.
    Colton Randolph, 20, of Wichita was arrested while in the 1100  block of Wharton Manor Rd. in Manhattan on December 11, 2018, at approximately 3:00 Am. Randolph was arrested on offenses of criminal threat and stalking. Randolph was issued a total bond of $15,000.00 causing him to remain confined at the time of this report.
