Officers responded to the report of an injury crash near the intersection of Candlewood Dr. and Kimball Ave. in Manhattan on June 27, 2019, at approximately 6:30 PM. When officers arrived on scene, they found a 16-year-old male pedestrian had been struck by a black 2014 Nissan Versa driven by Andrew West, 21, of Manhattan. The juvenile was transported to Via Christi for treatment of his injuries.
