Officers filed a report for criminal damage to property in the 900 block of North 3rd Street in Manhattan on May 27, 2021, around 1:40 PM. Officers listed KFC as the victim when it was reported a known female suspect damaged an exterior door to the business. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $600.
Officers responded to the report of an injury crash near the intersection of Tuttle Creek Boulevard and McCall Road on May 27, 2021, around 1:50 PM. When officers arrived on scene they found a bicyclist, Kenneth Scott, 60, of Manhattan was traveling east in a crosswalk and had been struck by a 2006 Gray Hyundai Santa Fe driven by Voleta Karstetter, 78, of Manhattan traveling south on Tuttle Creek Blvd. Scott was transported to Wesley Medical Center for treatment of his injuries.
