Officers responded to the report of a medical call in the 2800 block of Kelly Dr. in Manhattan on November 12, 2021, around 9:03 a.m. When officers arrived on scene, they found a deceased 90-year-old male. No foul play is suspected at this time.
Officers filed a report for rape in Ogden on November 12, 2021, around 11:50 a.m. Officers listed a 25-year-old female as the victim and a 28-year-old male known to her as the suspect. Due to the nature of this crime, no further information will be released.
Officers filed a report for theft in the 400 block of Poyntz Ave. in Manhattan on November 12, 2021, around 2:11 p.m. Officers listed Danenberg Jewelers as the victim when it was reported an unknown suspect stole a 14k yellow gold engagement ring on October 14, 2021. Officers responded to the report of a medical call in the 100 block of N. Billings St. in Riley on November 13, 2021, around 2:04 p.m. When officers arrived on scene, they found a deceased 82-year-old female. No foul play is suspected at this time.
Officers responded to the report of an injury crash in the 9600 block of Fancy Creek Rd. in Randolph on November 14, 2021, around 7:18 a.m. When officers arrived on scene, they found a 2001 Pontiac Grand Am driven by Michaela Denlinger, 26, of Topeka had rolled over. Denlinger was transported to Stormont Vail in Topeka by Lifestar for treatment of her injuries.
Officers filed multiple reports for a string of vehicle burglaries that occurred in Ogden overnight on November 13 into the morning of November 14, 2021. Officers listed multiple victims when it was reported an unknown suspect or suspects entered approximately 22 vehicles. Most vehicles entered had nothing stolen or a minimal loss. The suspect(s) stole a Sony Playstation 4 and Apple Airpods from 2003 Subaru Forester in the 500 block of Thirteenth St. in Ogden for an estimated total loss of approximately $600. Officers filed a report for theft in the 300 block of Fifteenth St. in Ogden on November 14, 2021, around 10:33 a.m. Officers listed a 37-year-old female as the victim when it was reported a 46-year-old male suspect stole $600 cash from her.
Officers filed a report for theft in the 1000 block of Houston St. in Manhattan on November 14, 2021, around 10:50 a.m. Officers listed a 35-year-old male as the victim when it was reported a 44-year-old male suspect stole his blue 2004 Dodge Dakota. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $5,000. The truck was later recovered in the Super 8 parking lot in Manhattan and returned to the owner.
