Officers filed a report for theft in the 5500 block of Skyway Dr. in Manhattan on December 7, 2021, around 10:18 a.m. Officers listed Hertz Rental as the victim when it was reported a 32-year-old male and 35-year-old female suspects rented a 2021 Dodge Charger from the company and stole the wheels and rims off the car, replacing them with different wheels and rims before returning the car. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $3,500.
Officers filed a report for theft in the 800 block of Vattier St. in Manhattan on December 7, 2021, around 2:29 p.m. Officers listed a 57-year-old male as the victim when it was reported a 29-year-old male suspect stole approximately $780 cash from him.
