    When: 7 p.m.

    Where: Flint Hills Discovery Center

    Who: Finalists, Serious category: Betty Burlingham (Manhattan, KS), John Marks (Gypsum, KS), Mary Powell (Longton, KS), Colby Richard (Ellsworth, KS), Kasey Rieff (Sarcoxie, MO), Scott Wiswell (Valley Center, KS). Finalists, Humorous category: Betty Burlingham (Manhattan, KS), Russell Graves (Arkansas City, KS), John Marks (Gypsum, KS), Mary Powell (Longton, KS), Kasey Rieff (Sarcoxie, MO) and Scott Wiswell (Valley Center, KS)


    What: Arts in the Park (free admission)

    Who: Johnny Woods

    When: 8 p.m.

    Where: Larry Norvell Band Shell, Manhattan City Park

    What: Nelson Family Community Foundation annual BBQ and corn hole tournament — Music by DJ Rick Stanley

    Who: Adults $10, Children $8

    When: 5 to 7 p.m. (including beer garden at 5 p.m.)

    Where: Leonardville City Park (Sikes Venue, if inclement weather)

    Why: Raising money to help pay medical bills for Jarrett, Kenny Foster and Mari Graham


    SATURDAY
    What: Nelson Family Community Foundation Live Auction and Benefit — Live country music by Brandon Lay

    When: 6 p.m.

    Where: Leonardville (in front of Sikes Venue)

    Note: Golf tournament at Leonardville Golf Course, Drive or Ride starts at 11 a.m. from Sikes Venue.

    Why: Raising money to help pay medical bills for Jarrett, Kenny Foster and Mari Graham


    What: T-Bars 4th annual Motorcycle Rally

    When: 9 a.m. to 11 p.m.

    Where: Ogden

    Who: Live Music from three bands, benefit auction, beer tent, loud pipe contest and bike display.

    Why: To benefit Ogden community charitable organizations.
