The Riley County Police Department says a group of college students were the victim of aggravated assault and criminal damage to property early Wednesday morning.
Officers filed a police report just after 1 a.m. after three men, aged 18 to 19, reported an unknown suspect egged vehicles and shot paintballs at fraternity members in the 500 block of Sunset Ave. No arrests have been made and no further information has been provided.
