    Luis Cortijo Abreu, 32, of Puerto Rico was arrested while at the Riley County Police Department on November 16, 2023, around 2:06 PM. Cortijo Abreu was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for failure to appear. The original charge was for rape. Cortijo Abreu was issued a total bond of $60,000 and was not confined at the time of this report.

    Atreyu Neyhart, 28, of St. George was arrested while in the 2000 block of Seaton Avenue in Manhattan on November 16, 2023, around 10:34 AM. Neyhart was arrested on probable cause offenses of domestic battery, criminal damage to property, criminal threat, possession of marijuana, and driving while license canceled/suspended/revoked. Neyhart was issued a total bond of $9,500 and was confined at the time of this report.
