    Officers filed a report for theft in the 100 block of Manhattan Town Center in Manhattan on November 28, 2023, around 4:27 PM. Officers listed JC Pennys as the victim when it was reported two unknown suspects took multiple items from the store. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $2,175. Anyone with information can contact Crime Stoppers. Using Crime Stoppers allows you to remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward of up to $1,000.

    Officers filed a report for theft in the 100 block of Manhattan Town Center in Manhattan on November 28, 2023, around 8:23 PM. Officers listed Ulta Beautfy as the victim when it was reported that 5 unknown female suspects took multiple fragrance items from the store. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $5,000. Anyone with information can contact Crime Stoppers.     Douglas Parker, 68, of Manhattan was arrested while at the Riley County Police Department on November 28, 2023, around 2:50 PM. Parker was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for stalking (x6) and violating a protection order (x6). Parker was issued a total bond of $5,000 and was not confined at the time of this report.

    Charles Kendrick, 39, of Manhattan was arrested while at the Riley County Police Department on November 28, 2023, around 1:57 PM. Kendrick was arrested on a Manhattan Municipal Court warrant for theft, failure to appear (x2), and probation violation. Kendrick was issued a total bond of $13,065 and was confined at the time of this report.

    Asia Stallings, 23, of Manhattan was arrested while at the Riley County Police Department on November 28, 2023, around 10:00 AM. Stallings was arrested on a probable cause offense of aggravated domestic battery. Stallings was issued a total bond of $5,000 and was confined at the time of this report.
