Officers filed a report for theft in the 400 block of Hummels Place in Manhattan on March 5, 2024, at approximately 1:55 PM. Officers listed Bomgaars as the victim when it was reported an unknown suspect stole three Dwalt impact drills. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $2,250. Anyone with information can contact Crime Stoppers. Using Crime Stoppers allows you to remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward of up to $1,000.

Robert Stanley, 56, of New Albany, Iowa, was arrested while in the 100 block of Courthouse Place in Manhattan on March 5, 2024, at approximately 1:59 PM. Stanley was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for failure to appear. The original charge was for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon x 2. Stanley was issued a total bond of $50,000 and was confined at the time of this report.

Kyra Molden, 21, of Woodbine, was arrested while in the 1000 block of South Seth Child Road in Manhattan on March 5, 2024, at approximately 6:17 PM. Molden was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for probation violation. The original charge was for battery. Molden was issued a total bond of $50,000 and was confined at the time of this report.
