Officers listed a 22-year-old female as the victim when it was reported a dark-colored Mustang with an unknown subject drove up beside her on Tuttle Creek Blvd and fired shots at her car, striking it once. Horashio Pritchett, 44, of Manhattan, was arrested on April 20, 2024, at approximately 8:00 PM in the 500 block of Stone Drive. Pritchett was arrested on a probable cause arrest of violation of the Offender Registration Act and domestic battery. Total bond was set at $6,000 and he was confined at the time of this report.
