    Officers filed a report of an injury accident at the corner of Wilderness Trail and Cimarron Trail in Ogden on May 22, 2024, at approximately 11:30 PM.  Merlin Sharp, 71, of Manhattan, was transported to Via Christi medical center via EMS for non life-threatening injuries after he swerved to miss a deer and struck a fire hydrant.

    Christian Michaud, 26, of Manhattan, was arrested on May 22, 2024, at approximately 6:15 AM in the 700 block of Walters Drive.  Michaud was arrested on probable cause offenses of aggravated domestic battery, stalking, criminal threat, aggravated intimidation of a witness/victim, and harassment by telephone device. Total bond was set at $50,000.  Michaud was confined at the time of this report.

    Dawson Malone, 19, of Manhattan, was arrested on May 22, 2024, at approximately 1:35 PM in the 1000 block of South Seth Child Road.  Malone was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for attempted sexual exploitation of a child and promotion of obscenity.  Total bond was set at $15,000. Malone was not confined at the time of this report. Due to the nature of this crime, no additional details will be released.

    Nathan Terpstra, 31, of Manhattan, was arrested on May 22, 2024, at approximately 2:05 PM in the 1000 block of South Seth Child Road.  Terpstra was arrested on probable cause offenses of indecent liberties with a child; 14-16 x20 and aggravated indecent liberties with a child x20. Total bond was set at $400,000. Terpstra was confined at the time of this report.  Due to the nature of this crime, no additional details will be released.

    Lindsay Meschino, 24, of Wamego, was arrested on May 22, 2024, at approximately 4:26 PM in the 1000 block of South Seth Child Drive.  Meschino was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for failure to appear.  The original charge in this matter was aggravated battery- physical contact with a deadly weapon.  Total bond was set at $16,000. Meschino was confined at the time of this report.
