    Officers filed a report of criminal destruction of property in the 800 block of Fremont Street on August 24, 2024, at approximately 4:12 PM.  Officers listed a 39-year-old male and a 51-year-old female as the victim when it was reported a renter of their property did a substantial amount of damage to the property. The subject is a 19-year-old male. Total loss associated with this report is approximately $1,700.

    Angela Peters, 42, of Manhattan, was arrested on August 24, 2024, at approximately 1:28 PM in the 200 block of N. Juliette.  Peters was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for aggravated burglary and theft of property or services. Total bond was set at $5,000.
