Officers filed a report of an injury accident on November 23, 2024, at approximately 11:34 PM at the corner of Kimball Ave and College Ave. Officers report Jamie Dolan, 46, of Manhattan, was crossing the street when Brian Anderson, 55, of Manhattan, turned right on a green light and did not see Dolan. Anderson’s 2019 Mercedes struck Dolan. Dolan was transported by EMS to Via Christi for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
Michael Metzger, 36, of Manhattan, was arrested on November 23, 2024, at approximately 5:10 PM in the 700 block of N. Manhattan Ave. Metzger was arrested on the probable cause offenses of theft of property or services and computer unlawful acts. Total bond was set at $26,000.
