    Arrests

    DUI and Traffic Violations Angel Adrian Perez, 20, of Fort Riley, was arrested late Friday night near 2304 Stagg Hill Road by the Kansas Highway Patrol. He faces charges for driving under the influence, failure to maintain his lane on a four-lane highway, and having defective headlamps. His bond was set at $750.

    Weapons and Firearm Violations Jaden Skylar McClelland, 19, of Manhattan, was arrested at the Chipotle Mexican Grill on N. Manhattan Avenue. He was charged with criminal carry of a concealed firearm, unlawful discharge of a weapon within city limits, and failure to appear in court. His total bond was set at $1,750.

    License and Battery Offenses David Daniel Ginder, 45, was taken into custody on College Heights Circle for driving with a suspended or revoked license. His bond was set at $1,500.

    Aggravated Battery and Property Damage Three individuals—Jonathan Michael Edward Pasko, 23, Evin Jamison Griffith, 23, and Kayla Nhu Tran, 27, all of Manhattan—were arrested in connection with a serious incident at 219 Custer Avenue. Each faces charges of aggravated battery with a weapon, criminal damage to property valued between $1,000 and $25,000, and witness intimidation. Bonds ranged from $10,000 to $12,000.

    Battery and Court Failures Amani Renee Canady, 18, was arrested at Via Christi Health for battery and two counts of failure to appear in court. Her total bond was set at $7,000.

    Andrew Douglas McCready, 41, was confined at the Riley County Jail after being arrested on a failure to appear warrant. No bond was issued.

    Juvenile Warrant Arrest Alec Reed Wald, 17, of Manhattan, was arrested in Dickinson County on a warrant for failure to appear. He is not currently confined in the Riley County Jail.

    Traffic Citations

    Speeding Violations Three individuals were cited for exceeding the speed limit along Tuttle Creek Boulevard and surrounding areas:

    • JJ Connolly, 51, of Topeka

    • Barbara Cunningham, 63, of Clay Center

    • Kyle Goracke, 40, of Marysville

    Failure to Yield Citations were also issued to:

    • David Uphoff, 66, of Manhattan – Failure to yield at a stop sign on N. Seth Child Road

    • Karena Mitchell, 29, of Manhattan – Failure to yield and no driver’s license near N. 8th Street and Leavenworth Street

    Following Too Closely Cooper Lohman, 22, was cited for following too closely on Anderson Avenue.
