The Riley County Police Department released its latest reports detailing a range of law enforcement activity across Manhattan and surrounding areas.

Six arrests were made, including 42-year-old Donte Rayvon Roberts of Junction City and 34-year-old Decemantrea Nashaya Richardson of Wichita. Both were taken into custody at the Westwood Motel on Fort Riley Boulevard. Roberts faces multiple felony drug charges, including possession of narcotics and drug paraphernalia with intent to manufacture, along with criminal possession of a weapon and defacing firearm identification. Richardson was also charged with criminal possession of a firearm, drug possession, and similar firearm violations. Roberts’ bond was set at $12,000, while Richardson’s bond totaled $15,000.

Other arrests included probation violations and theft. Timothy Lavender of Manhattan was booked for a probation violation with no bond, while 22-year-old Eli Joseph Smith was arrested on multiple counts, including violating a protection order, with bond totaling over $7,500. Keishaun Holloway, 20, also of Manhattan, was arrested on suspicion of mail theft from multiple locations within 72 hours.

Police also responded to several incidents across the city. Officers handled two non-injury accidents, a burglary at a North Manhattan apartment, a battery and criminal threat incident outside Tate’s in Aggieville, and a domestic disturbance. A suicide was also reported shortly after midnight, with limited details available.

Anyone with information can contact Crime Stoppers. Using Crime Stoppers allows you to remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward of up to $1,000.
