Officers filed a report for theft in the 1200 block of S Manhattan Ave in Manhattan on May 23, 2019 at approximately 10:10 AM. Officers listed Jordan Mace, 20, of St. George as the victim when he reported an unknown suspect scammed him out of money. Chanel Toliver, 31, of Manhattan, was arrested while in the 1000 block of Yuma St. in Manhattan on May 23, 2019 at approximately 7:05 PM. Toliver was arrested on offenses of battery on LEO, disorderly conduct, interference with LEO and criminal threat against LEO. Toliver was issued a total bond of $8,000.00. Toliver was not confined at the time of this report.
