A Manhattan woman accidentally ran her vehicle into the Westloop McDonald’s Sunday afternoon, injuring one.

Riley County Police say 35-year-old Nancy Ott was adjusting her 1999 Lexus RX300 SUV as she was parking it when the vehicle accelerated through the wall on the eastside of the building, damaging some of the brick and a plate glass window. Ott and her two children, passengers in the vehicle, were unharmed.

Injured was Cole Classen, 17, of Whitewater, Kansas, though no information as to the extent of his injuries was available, nor was a damage estimate to the McDonald’s building, itself.

Ott has not yet been cited for any violations in the incident.
