Two people were arrested at the Manhattan Town Center on drug-related charges late Monday morning.
Samantha French, 23, of Carbondale and Shawn Creollo, 37, of Topeka were taken into custody by Riley county police on a variety of charges, involving methamphetamine, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia.
French’s bond was set at $5,000 and Creollo faces a $3,000 bond.
Outstanding warrants reportedly were involved.
