    Officers filed a report for theft in the 100 block of Manhattan Town Center in Manhattan on October 6, 2019, at approximately 1:15 PM. Officers listed Riddles as the victim when it was reported an unknown suspect took a gold necklace. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $1,600.00.0. Police ask that anyone with information please contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers.     Officers filed a report for burglary in the 3000 block of Anderson Ave. in Manhattan on October 5, 2019, at approximately 6:45 PM. Officers listed a 78-year-old male as the victim when he reported an unknown suspect took a Persian rug from his business.
