Manhattan Area Chamber of Commerce to launch Shop Local From Home campaign

    0
By KMAN Staff on April 16, 2020 Local News, Manhattan
The Manhattan Area Chamber of Commerce is launching a Shop Local From Home campaign to encourage community members to support local businesses by shopping online or over the phone.
Shop Local From Home will be promoted through social media in the next few days and will point customers to the same website the chamber uses for its Christmas Shop Local campaign: manhattan247.org.
Chamber of Commerce President and CEO Jason Smith says shopping local can be a good use of stimulus checks.

He also says shopping local can help others support themselves.
