Tonight’s agenda also includes a public hearing to consider vacating a public utility easement, an amendment to a planned unit development for non-owner-occupied short term rentals, and a memorandum of understanding with the Greater Manhattan Community Foundation to create a new Manhattan Parks and Recreation Foundation Fund.
