The second rebranding since the league formed in 1996 features a rounded, modern-looking “XII” to replace a more traditional block design. Security officials say the Israeli military has discovered the bodies of three Israeli teenagers who were kidnapped in the West Bank earlier this month. The bodies were found Monday near the town of Halhul, close to where the teens disappeared.

Riley County Commissioners continue to tackle the task of formulating the 2015 budget. Another budget work session was held during Monday’s meeting, and the first area of focus was the personnel salaries and raises. Commissioners seemed to agree on the possibility that salaries may not be raised as much as in previous years. “I’ve always been supportive of making sure our staff is taken care of.
